- What did you like most?Very clean! we are a family of 5 with an 8yo boy. all our request were accommodated(booked 2 rooms). Best thing is the bus stop right infront of the hotel. Very near Harborpoint and Sentosa.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Three of us stayed in one room(me, wife and 8yo child) but the towel provided is just for two(also every time house keeping replace it), I always need to call the reception to request an additional towel, good thing though is stagg always ready to attend to all your request.
Great location and good service & clean
- What did you like most?room smaller than what I'm used to. breakfast was good covered broad range of countries. the pool at top was excellent - seating for approx 6max, spectacular view and good pool facilities. only used it once due to sightseeing. Faber park peak walk is close by and well worth doing. close to VIVO shopping centre - walking distance. Bus stop at front made it easy to reach sightseeing destinations
- Was there anything you didn't like?no ice machine - if we wanted ice we had to buy a bag from petrol station. room is small if you have a more than 2 bags luggage no room to store may fit under bed? fridge provided is not cool enough. shuttle from airport would have been good. Taxi driver took us to wrong location even after ringing hotel. best you have GPS. he said there was number missing in the postcode when i showed him my paperwork from booking .com - postcode was 99593 - should be 099593. it cost us extra time & money.
